Typically our smaller orders will get shipped within 3 days. The rest of our orders get shipped in 5 days. In fact, if your order is not shipped within 5 days, we will issue a 20% refund for the inconvenience. We believe our customer should not have to wait a long time to recieve the items they requested, even if it is personalized. This applies to any items in stock such as t-shirts, hoodies, 1/4 zips, hats and more.

This does not apply to items where the customer is supplying patches or other apparel embellishments. The shipping time then starts once we receive the needed items.

All the printing and embroidery is done in-house at our facility in Ashland, OH. We have our own embroidery machines, screen print setup as well as a dtf printer. This puts the the job right in our own hands so we can make sure the job is completed right the first time.

We are a small, family owned and operated independent business. All profits from this business directly a family and not a multi-member corporation.

We can supply you with most common brands. Our most used brands are Gildan, Propper, Yupoong, Flexfit, C2 Sport, CornerStone, Port & Company and Sport-tek. We can get most of your other common brands but due to the huge apparel market we only list a few of the common ones on our website.
